Paper instructions and forms needed for the conference are given below.
I. Instructions
All papers must be submitted electronically using the Conference's on-line registration. Detailed instructions on how to do this are provided in the HELP pages available there
Only PDF files should be accepted for uploading.If you do not have a copy of Adobe Acrobat, you can use the free online service of Adobe at Adobe website. You can have detailed information on the usage of this service from the website.
US letter size (8.5 x 11 inches) should be used as page size.Detailed information about page format is given in the documents entitled "Paper Format Instructions" and listed at the bottom of this page.
Imbed the fonts in the PDF form.If fonts are not imbedded, some parts of your documents, especially mathematical equations, can be distorted or may not appear at all.
All equations, figures and other materials must be submitted "in-line" as a single file.Attachments and linked files cannot be handled.
Proof-read your work at a different computer than the one you created it on.This helps seeing any formatting problems.
The copyright form should be completed and signed. The original copy should be sent to the IEEE-EMBS Executive director Ms. Laura Wolf.Her contact information is at the bottom of this page. You can download the copyright form from the link below.
Paper deposit fee must be paid upon submission of each paper.Note that papers for which no deposit has been received will not be reviewed and therefore will not be included in the conference program.
In EXCEPTIONAL conditions, the papers can be submitted in hardcopy, but before doing this, please contact the EMBS office.
